Tips and Tricks - Accessing Your Passwords While Installing Reference Library, Practice Aid Manager, or Engagement Manager

We know that many of you use Microsoft® Outlook, Word, or Excel to store your user-id and password information. The requirement that Outlook, Word, and Excel are closed during the PPC Library installation seems inconvenient. However, there is a simple solution.

When you’re installing PPC Library and the screen below appears, the actual install is complete. At that time, it is safe to open Outlook, Word or Excel to retrieve any needed Master Passwords or Product Access Codes. Key in the required information, select OK and the setup will complete.

**Please note you can use  button on your keyboard or Alt+tab to toggle and view your Windows start menu **
