Directions for submitting self-study CPE exams for credit:
1. Read all material for each course.
2. Complete examination at the end of the course.
3. Complete course evaluation.
4. Attach payment information.
5. Mail completed exam, course evaluation and payment (credit card or check) to the address on the test form or fax completed exam and course evaluation with credit card payment information. For discounted pricing, all exams must be submitted at the same time by a single participant.
